Your right to opt out

Residents of California and certain other states may have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable law.

This page explains that right and provides a way to submit a request through the Site.

Our position on sale and sharing

USA OPS, a brand operated by IHT Services, does not sell personal information for money.

USA OPS also does not sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly used for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

This statement is intended to match the privacy position stated in our Privacy Policy. If our practices change in the future, we will update this page and the Privacy Policy before or when those changes take effect.

How to exercise your right (the working mechanism)

If you still want to submit an opt-out or related privacy request, you may do so using the request form on this page.

Use this form if:

you want to record a do-not-sell or do-not-share request,
you previously provided contact information and want that request tied to your prior submission,
or you want to submit a related privacy request for review.

Information we may request

To process a request, we may ask for:

your full name,
the email address and/or phone number previously provided to us,
your business name, if previously provided,
your state of residence,
and enough information to let us identify the relevant record.

We will use this information only to review, verify, document, and process your request.

Response timing

We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If the law allows additional time and we need it, we will notify you as required.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor qualifying Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signals where required by applicable law.

California states that a user-enabled GPC signal is an acceptable method for consumers to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information online and must be honored by covered businesses.

If your browser sends a recognized GPC signal, we will treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing activity that would otherwise be subject to such an opt-out right under applicable law.

Because our current stated position is that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, recognizing GPC on this Site serves as both a compliance measure and a safeguard for any future change in site practices.

Authorized agents

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of another person, you may use the request form on this page.

We may require proof of your authority to act on that person's behalf, and we may also require the consumer to verify their identity directly with us where permitted or required by law.

We will use information provided for authorized-agent requests only to verify authority, process the request, maintain a compliance record, and protect against fraud or misuse.

Other privacy rights

Non-discrimination
