Disclosures

The limits, in plain words, in one place.

You should know exactly what this is and what it is not before you trust it with anything about your money. So here it is, said straight: what we provide, what we do not, how we get paid, and what happens to your numbers. No fine print to squint at.

We would rather tell you the limits for free than bury them. That is the same reason the calculator shows your number before you give us a thing.

This is general information, not tax or legal advice.

Everything on this site, including any figure the calculator shows you, is general information to help you decide whether to look closer. It is not tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation for your specific situation. Whether any of it applies to you depends on your business entity, how you are taxed, your ownership structure, your state, and the specific facts of your business.

Before you act on anything here, confirm it with your own CPA or attorney. That is exactly why we generate a full audit report built for your accountant to check line by line. We want your numbers verified by someone who answers to you.

The numbers are estimates, not a promise.

The figures you see are typical results modeled on real 2026 federal and state tax tables and representative plan rates. They are an estimate built from the information you enter, not a quote and not a guarantee. Your actual coverage rate is set at enrollment by the provider, and your actual tax outcome depends on your full return and your CPA's treatment of your situation.

We built the calculator to be conservative and to tell you when the structure does not beat what you pay now. An honest estimate is still an estimate. Treat your number as a reason to look closer, confirmed in writing before you decide.

We connect you. A separate, licensed provider runs the coverage.

USA OPS is an independent referral partner. We run the math and connect qualified owners to a separate, licensed provider that runs the group plan and the back office. We do not sell, underwrite, enroll, or administer coverage ourselves. We are not the plan provider, we are not a licensed agent, and we are not your benefits administrator.

The coverage, the plan documents, the enrollment, and the ongoing administration are the provider's, under their own licenses and accreditation. Our job ends at the math and the connection. When you enroll, you are enrolling with the provider, and their terms govern your plan.

How we get paid, said plainly.

We are paid a flat fee, not a percentage of your premium, your payroll, or your savings. We do not earn a commission that climbs when your costs climb, and we are not paid to put you on the most expensive plan. Our incentive is to connect owners the structure actually helps, because that is the only arrangement that works for everyone over time.

That is why the calculator is built to tell you when this does not beat what you pay now. We do not make money by talking you into a worse deal. If the math is not in your favor, the screen says so, and so do we.

What happens to your numbers.

The calculator runs on the information you enter and shows you your result on the spot. Nothing you put into it is stored or shared until you choose to request the full report. There is no name, email, or phone required to see your number, and no one is sent to call you for using it.

When you do ask for the full report, you give us your contact details for that purpose, to send you the report and, for a team, to scope it with you. We use what you give us to do that, not to sell or trade your information. The formal detail on what is collected, why, and your rights is in our Privacy Policy.

The full legal documents.

This page is the plain-English version. The complete terms live in the formal documents:

Now you know the limits. See your number.

Nothing above changes the offer: run the math free, no name, no email, no one calling you, and if it does not beat what you pay now, the screen says so.
