Compensation transparency

How we get paid

You pay the PEO, never USA OPS. USA OPS is a referral partner: the PEO pays us a referral fee when a client we introduce enrolls. It costs you nothing extra, and our fee does not rise with the plan you pick or your current cost.

01

You pay the PEO.

The flat fee and provider cost are paid to the PEO. USA OPS does not bill you.

02

You pay nothing to find out.

Running your number and reviewing the first result costs nothing and requires no contact.

03

Our fee does not move with current cost.

We are not paid more because your provider cost is higher.

Why this matters

The number can tell you no.

Our pay does not rise with your plan or your current cost, and we are paid only if a placement actually fits and lasts. The calculator is built to say stay put when the math does not clear, and a no costs us nothing to give. See whether a PEO is a fit.

Common questions

Plain answers before you run the number.

Do I pay USA OPS anything?

No. You pay the PEO for the structure and the plan. USA OPS is a referral partner, paid by the PEO, never by you.

Are you paid more to recommend one plan?

No. Our referral fee does not rise with the plan you choose or the current cost.

Do I owe anything if I do not move forward?

No. Running your number costs nothing. Nothing is owed unless you enroll, and the fee then goes to the PEO.

Fit check

Run your 2026 figures. The first result costs nothing, and our referral fee does not move with the plan you pick.
