GENERAL DISCLAIMER

USA OPS is an operational infrastructure and B2B referral partner. We are not an insurance brokerage, a certified public accounting (CPA) firm, a law firm, or a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

1. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice The content on this website, including all outputs from the structural calculator, is for informational and educational purposes only. It demonstrates the general mechanics of pre-tax premium treatment and PEO infrastructure. It does not constitute specific tax, legal, or financial advice. Your exact tax outcomes depend entirely on your specific business structure, state laws, salary elections, and personal tax bracket. Always consult a qualified CPA or tax attorney before making structural changes to your business.

2. Third-Party Services and Underwriting USA OPS acts as an independent access point, connecting qualified businesses with regulated PEOs. All group health coverage, workers’ compensation policies, and 401(k) structures are provided by the PEO and underwritten by tier-1 national carriers. Pricing, coverage details, and final eligibility are confirmed solely by the PEO during their qualification and underwriting process.
